UCF's Eco Advocates and Greenpeace team up next Thursday (10/22) at 6:30 to screen The Age of Stupid and get folks registered for Power Shift.  Swing by the Brooklyn Pizza Movie Theater in Ferrell Commons to watch a post-apocalyptic film about the repercussions of climate change. The event will host surprise speakers and discuss ways you can take action, including getting registered for Power Shift.

Florida Power Shift is just around the corner!  It's time to get active and get motivated and get students at schools all around the state to stand up and take action: let's make sure that the climate legislation we have heard so much about recently take into accounts our demands. The time for action is now.  Let's start a movement!

Welcome to the Florida Power Shift site where we will share our stories and coordinate various elements of the conference that will be held in Orlando  at UCF October 24-25. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself; my name is Mandy Hancock and I am the Florida Organizer for Southern Energy Network. I am super excited about Power Shift Florida!
